Deionization Car Wash System for APEC

The APEC Spot-Free Car Wash Filter System effectively removes all mineral ions to produce ultra-high purity water without scale buildup. This point-of-use combo system can filter out mineral ions such as sodium, calcium, iron, copper, chloride, sulfate, nitrates, phosphates, silica, and ammonia, delivering clean, spotless water to your hose.

With a maximum size of 12" x 19" x 35" and weighing 51 lbs, the system has a maximum temperature of 100ºF and a maximum pressure of 90 psi. The initial pressure drop is 1 psi at a 15 GPM flow rate, and it uses 3/4" FPT input and output lines with a standard bypass adapter.

The system's capacity varies based on the concentration of dissolved solids, ranging from 1200 gallons at 50 ppm to 120 gallons at 500 ppm.

The Advanced Deionization Technology in the CWS-300 captures dissolved solids and releases hydrogen and oxygen as water passes through, a process called deionization.
